		<description>Here&#039;s a strange:  The Democrats talk about having 60 votes as if it were a magic number, which it is IF &quot;bipartisanship&quot; means absolutely nothing.  That  is, if you expect every Democrat to vote exactly along party lines, you need 60 votes.  If you plan to operate in a bipartisan fashion and get some Republicans to agree, you can still get 60 votes.  It&#039;s obvious that they are partisans and liars.   The real opportunity here would be for Republicans to corral 40 sure votes and pick off a couple of Democrats to vote with them.   And then somebody needs to go up to Maine and find out what&#039;s wrong with those folks up there.</description>
