License Plate Envy

ncredible Daughter #1′s boyfriend snapped this photo the other day in LA and emailed it down to me. I have to say, that young man knows how to make me smile … and that’s quite a skill for a boyfriend of a daughter to have, eh?

For those with fading vision, here’s what it says:  LTD*GOV.  I’m surprised DMV, as part of California’s virtually unlimited government, approved it.
