Napolitano Freaks Over Illegals’ Bust

Obama’s Homeland Security chief, Janet Napolitano, is upset at immigration agents … because they busted some illegal immigrants.  What were they thinking?!

SEATTLE (AP) – Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano has ordered a review of a raid earlier this week at a Bellingham, Wash., manufacturing plant that ended with the arrests of 28 illegal immigrants.

Napolitano told lawmakers during a hearing in Washington, D.C., on Wednesday that she did not know about the raid before it happened and was briefed on it early Wednesday morning. She has asked U.S Immigration and Customs Enforcement, which conducted the raid, for answers.

“I want to get to the bottom of this as well,” she said.

How about this bottom of it, Janet?  Many of the 28 arrested illegals got their jobs by using forged Social Security numbers and other forged documents.  That, Janet, is what is called “a crime.”

Of course, Napolitano is upset because poor, suffering illegals (who are potentially new Dem voters) were arrested instead of disgusting, greedy business owners (who probably are Republicans). But in this case, the employer told AP the firm had been cooperating with ICE agents for several months, and had shared employment records with them.

ACORN-like apologists for illegals jumped on the news and clamored for a moratorium on all future INS raids on workers until the Rahmbama Congress reforms (guts) immigration law.  Well, then, I suppose we should stop harassing employers as well, eh?, and just do nothing, pretending there is no border between our country and the descent into chaos we call Mexico.

With Obama winning the presidency by seven percent, we can't blame the media. Their laudatory coverage and refusal to extensively probe into Obama's background and [lack of] experience was at best responsible for five percent of his vote, the pundits tell us. Here is a compilation of over 100 significant instances of pro-Obama/anti-McCain bias during the 2008 campaign.
