That Little Twit, Carter

hat’s with Jimmy Carter?  Throughout the five presidents meeting today, both Bushes, Obama and Clinton stood shoulder to shoulder, while Carter stood a chilly foot or so from Clinton.  Talk about evident body language.

What was his problem?  That he didn’t get to stand next to the Messiah?  That he had to stand next to Clinton?

Well get over it, Jimmy – this is a historic, good will meeting of men who are supposedly great – it isn’t kindergarten

And here I didn’t think I could like Carter less.

Of course, one might consider that only President Carter has the courage of his convictions and isn’t willing to create a false sense of comity where there is, and should not be, one.

And yet my liberal friends and family continue to assure me that Carter is a great man.  I live in Crazy Land.

With Obama winning the presidency by seven percent, we can't blame the media. Their laudatory coverage and refusal to extensively probe into Obama's background and [lack of] experience was at best responsible for five percent of his vote, the pundits tell us. Here is a compilation of over 100 significant instances of pro-Obama/anti-McCain bias during the 2008 campaign.
